1. General
By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian. Vijayawada Online Gifts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Order Policy
All orders must be placed through our website. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation. The images on our website are for reference purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to availability and customization.
3. Delivery Policy
We offer same-day delivery and scheduled deliveries within Vijayawada and surrounding areas. Delivery time slots are subject to availability, and delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be handed over to a neighbor, security guard, or left at a safe location, as deemed suitable by our delivery personnel. No refunds will be provided for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
4. Product Quality & Replacement Policy
We ensure the delivery of fresh flowers, cakes, and gifts in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (images). Replacement requests will be processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. No refunds or replacements for change of mind. Cakes and other perishable items should be stored appropriately to maintain freshness. We are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
5. Payment Policy
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your banking details.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed. Refunds will be issued only if an order cannot be fulfilled due to our inability to deliver. Refund processing time is 7-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
7. Personalized & Customized Orders
All personalized gifts and custom cakes are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Customers must provide accurate details for personalization. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
